Getting Started
App Start Guide
Install & Sign Up
Search for 'Tog AI' on App Store or Google Play and install. Sign up easily with Apple, Google social login, or email.
First Workout Log
Tap 'Start Workout' on the main screen. Enter memos between sets during your workout, then tap 'End Workout' and AI will automatically generate your log.
Basic UI Overview
Navigate to Main (Chat), Log Archive, Statistics, and Settings tabs from the bottom navigation. The stopwatch and workout status are displayed at the top.

Memo Input Methods
Simply record exercise name, weight, and reps with minimal effort like texting. Type 'Bench press' '20kg 10 reps' '60kg 10 reps' '80kg 8 reps' after each set and AI will organize it automatically.
Auto-complete & Presets
Basic exercises can be quickly entered through auto-completion, and it remembers your recent memos. Set up frequently used words (kg, reps, etc.) as presets for one-tap input.
Start/End Workout
Press 'Start Workout' to begin a session. Enter memos during your workout, then press 'End Workout' and AI will analyze all memos to create a structured workout log.
Stopwatch Usage
You can enable or disable the automatic stopwatch feature that starts when you input a memo. Set notifications and alarms to effectively manage rest time between sets.

Log Generation Process
The flow is: Start Workout → Enter Memos → End Workout. AI analyzes memos to automatically extract exercise names, sets, reps, and weights to create structured logs. PRs are also auto-detected.
Edit & Delete Logs
Generated logs can be edited or deleted anytime. Select the log from Log Archive to edit.
Custom Log Rules (Pro)
Pro users can set AI's log writing style. Specify your preferred format to customize how logs are generated.
Credit System
Free users get 100 credits per month. Log generation costs 8 credits, AI chat costs 1 credit. Resets monthly on signup date. Pro users have unlimited.

Chatbot Usage
Switch to 'Ask Question' mode in the memo input to ask AI workout-related questions. Ask things like 'Recommend back exercises for today', 'Explain deadlift form', 'How was my workout this week?'
AI Model Selection (Pro)
Pro users can choose from various GPT models including GPT-4.1 Nano, GPT-4o Mini, GPT-4.1, GPT-4o, and GPT-5.
AI Character Selection (Pro)
Pro users can select AI characters: Default, Empathetic (soft tone), or Strict (strict trainer style).
Credit Usage
AI chat costs 1 credit per message. Free users can use up to 100 times per month, Pro users have unlimited.

Party Features
What is Party?
Party is a workout community with friends. Share workout logs, cheer each other on, and stay motivated together.
Join a Party
Join parties via invite links or party codes. Free users can join up to 2 parties, Pro users up to 50.
Create a Party (Pro)
Pro users can create parties. Set party name, description, profile image and invite friends.
Feed - Share Workouts
Members' workout logs appear in the feed. Cheer each other with likes and comments. Enable auto-share to automatically post to party when workout completes.
Lounge - Real-time Status
See real-time workout status like 'OOO started working out'. Feel like you're working out together.
Weekly - Weekly Analysis
Compare workout counts and activity by member this week. Check each other's workout volume for motivation.
Ranking
View workout-based rankings for 7-day or 30-day periods. Aim for #1 and work out hard!
Party Settings & Notifications
Adjust notification settings per party. Individually set notifications for member workout start/complete, likes, comments, etc.
Statistics
Workout Statistics Analysis
Tog Level System
Consists of 16 levels determined by workout frequency in the last 30 days. The more consistently you work out, the higher your level. Keep workout frequency high to maintain a high level.
PR Records
Personal Records (PR) for squat, bench press, deadlift, and overhead press are automatically tracked. View PR history to see your growth.
Body Part Statistics
View back, chest, shoulders, arms, lower body workout ratios in pie charts, and abs and cardio frequency in bar charts.
Weekly Activity
Visually check how hard you worked out this week and get motivated.
Log Archive
Workout Log Management
View Logs
View all workout logs in chronological order. Check workout body parts, content, and PR records in each log.
Filter & Search
Filter workouts by back, chest, shoulders, arms, lower body, abs, or cardio. Search for specific exercises or dates to find quickly.
Share Logs
Save workout logs as images or share to social media. Get feedback from friends or trainers.
Calendar View
See workout patterns by date in calendar format. Workout days are marked so you can visually track consistency.

Edit your profile image and nickname.
Theme & Color (Pro)
Choose light/dark mode, and Pro users can select from 6 main colors to customize the app.
Language Settings
Use the app in Korean, English, or Japanese.
Weight Unit
Choose preferred weight unit between kilograms (kg) or pounds (lb).
Notification Settings
Set various notifications including workout reminders and party notifications.

Free vs Pro Comparison
Free: 12 log generations/month, 100 AI chats/month, 2 parties. Pro: All features unlimited, 50 parties + create, custom log rules, AI model/character selection, 6 themes.
How to Subscribe
Go to Settings → Subscription Management and select Pro plan. Choose monthly ($2.99/mo) or yearly ($29.99/year, 16% off).
Manage/Cancel Subscription
Change or cancel plans in App Store or Google Play subscription management. Pro features remain until expiration date if cancelled.
Check Credit Usage
View current credit usage and remaining credits in Settings → Subscription Management.
Restore Purchase
If you changed devices or reinstalled the app, restore previous subscription via Settings → Subscription Management → Restore Purchase.
FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
When do credits reset?
Credits reset monthly based on your signup date. For example, if you signed up on the 15th, credits reset on the 15th each month.
AI log generation is inaccurate
Try entering memos more clearly. Including exercise name, weight, reps, and sets like 'Bench press 60kg 10 reps 3 sets' improves accuracy. Pro users can customize log rules.
Is there a party join limit?
Free users can join up to 2 parties, Pro users up to 50. Creating parties is a Pro-only feature.
How do I backup data?
All data is automatically saved to the cloud. Login with the same account to sync data across all devices.
